  I am surprised they are still in business
  I was given a voucher for my birthday. I booked it in, and she (Eva) rang me twice to get me to come in earlier, which I finally did. Then the relentless upselling started, I counted 5 different attempts in the first 10 minutes.
  She took me into the treatment room (a dodgy cupboard under the stairs) and washed my face in preparation for my facial. The she went out of her way to walk around the bed, to turn the lights on full-bright. Then she wandered out to make a phone call to her daughter's school, and to chat to another staff member about her hours.
  She had the cheek to tell me, when I got dressed and walked out, that it was my fault for coming early. SHE HARASSED ME until I agreed to come early.
  terrible terrible service. Do not use this place.
  Search around for reviews, you won't find any recent positive ones.
  If I was describing this place to a friend, I would use much stronger language. And I would be shouting STAY AWAY!
